For practitioners, healers and communities ready to explore a different way into transformation.
Many of us have already done years of inner work. We have explored different modalities, understood our stories, recognized our patterns, and yet sometimes we find ourselves returning to the same place.
What if the missing piece is not another answer, but a different entry point? Somatic Decoding™ begins by listening to what the body is presenting now. Rather than deciding in advance where the work should begin, we map the body and listen for its ENTRY GATE, the place through which the system appears ready to be approached.
A restricted breath. A guarded chest. Persistent tension in the neck. A pattern along the spine. A sensation that keeps returning. What initially appears physical may become a doorway into a much deeper pattern. Through guided somatic inquiry, body mapping, breath, movement, touch and embodied exploration, participants learn to follow this entry point rather than repeatedly searching for the “right” problem to solve.

Workshops can be created for practitioner communities, retreats, trainings, wellness spaces and private groups, with the format adapted to the people and purpose of each gathering.

Your Antares Code, stellar imprints and 60-minute personal analysis offer an additional mapping layer to explore your potential Somatic Entry Point through the Four Gates. This personal thread is then followed before, during and after Wengen.
